    In recent years, the online shopping was no longer strange to Vietnamese consumers, especially the young people.

    The survey results of Vietnam's high-quality commodity enterprises (HVNCLC) about the place of purchasing product indicated that the percentage of consumers choosing to buy online has three times increased (2.7%) after only one year, in comparison with 0.9% in 2017.

    In addition, the survey results also show that consumers choose to buy online more of items such as equipment, high-tech electronics; Toys, sports equipment; Blanket, drap, pillows, curtains; beauty product; Stationery and fashion items (accounted for from 10-30% of consumers who choose to buy online).

    Online customers are mostly young and concentrated in the urban areas. They are involved more in buying and selling on social networks such as Facebook, Zalo, a highly interactive marketplace with wide and convenient connection…


    Besides of shopping needs, consumers have been using online channel as a tool to search products, compare prices, read reviews... This source of information is capable of interacting best with consumers without limitation by time and space.
